Agrium Inc. (TSX:AGU)(NYSE:AGU) announced today that it has successfully completed the divestiture of its Turf and Ornamental business to Koch Agronomic Services, LLC, an affiliate of Koch Fertilizer, LLC, for approximately $94-million.
