HONG KONG, 5 March 2015 - AIA Group Limited (stock code: 1299) today announces that it has successfully priced US$750 million of senior unsecured fixed rate notes under its updated US$5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). The notes will mature in

2025 and carry a coupon of 3.20 per cent per annum.
The proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
