Further to a cautionary published on 7 August 2014, shareholders are advised that the Directors of Cottco Holdings Limited are still engaged in negotiations for a potential transaction to enhance shareholder value which if successfully concluded, will have a significant impact on its operations and share price.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
