Akamai Technologies : All Nippon Airways improves online user experience by adopting Akamai Image Manager

ANA operates a number of sites, including ANA SKY WEB for checking availability and purchasing tickets, and ANA Mileage Club for holders of its frequent flyer cards. In recent years, website design has focused on high-quality graphics to communicate the value of products and services to users. ANA sites have also incorporated more and more content and become available on multiple device types. However, these changes resulted in increased page size and decreased responsiveness. They were faced with the problem of how to increase responsiveness without sacrificing content quality.
