Over H1 2016, Acron Group increased shipments of its mineral fertilisers to Russian farmers almost 20% to more than 550,000 tonnes. Ammonium nitrate and complex fertilisers (NPK) remain the most popular product with domestic agricultural producers. Bryansk, Oryol and Belgorod regions are still the major consumers of Acron Group's products.

In 2016, Acron Group entered into agreements with agricultural departments in 13 Russian regions to supply 650,000 tonnes of mineral fertilisers.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Alexander Popov comments: "Acron Group is committed to supporting Russian farmers with mineral fertilisers popular on the domestic market and meeting the growing demands of Russia's agroindustrial complex".

Acron has its own Agronova distribution network, which is responsible for Acron Group's supplies to Russian farmers. Agronova covers 11 specialised agrochemical enterprises with direct access to consumers in Russia's major agricultural regions.
