Aladdin Separation Technologies Inc. is engaged in developing and utilizing for its projects or joint ventures its process technologies, including the Haber Gold Process (HGP) for gold mining technology, the Haber E-Scrap System (HESS) based on the HGP technology for extracting both precious and non-precious metals from electronic scrap and the Haber ElectroMolecularPropulsion (EMP) process, which enables the movement of a variety of different molecules. Haber, Inc. has developed advanced chemical and electrochemical process technologies for separations, extractions, and purifications. As of May 31, 2007, the Company focused on commercializing these technologies through joint ventures and license agreements.
