Alba Mineral Resources : Results of AGM

Alba Mineral Resources plc is engaged in the exploration and development of natural resources. The Company's mineral exploration portfolio is comprised of gold and, graphite, ilmenite, base metal and iron ore projects in a cluster of countries in northern Europe (the United Kingdom and Greenland). The Company is engaged in operating multiple projects in the United Kingdom, including the Clogau-St David's Gold Mine (the Clogau Project), the Gwynfynydd Gold Mine, and the Dolgellau Gold Exploration Project. The Clogau Project includes the Clogau-St David's gold mine, which produces 80,000 ounces of gold. It has a 100% interest in an exploration license over the Dolgellau Gold Belt in north Wales, covering a total area of 107 square kilometers (km2) and over 300 known gold occurrences. The Gwynfynydd Gold Mine is located close to the town of Ganllwyd in the county of Gwynedd, north Wales. It also owns Alba owns interest in the two licenses, which comprise the Horse Hill Oil Project.
