Ales Groupe SA is a France-based company engaged in the production of hair care, skin care products and perfumes. The Company produces dermo-cosmetic treatments, as well as hair treatments designed for individuals and hairdressing professionals. It also produces hair-coloring products under the brand name Ducastel. The Company sells its products also under another brands, such as Phyto,Secret Professionnel, PhytoSpecific, and Kydra. Skincare products are sold under the brand name Lierac and perfumes are sold under the brand name Caron. The Company operates various subsidiaries located in France, the United Kingdom, Canada, Benelux, Poland and other countries, such as Boy Diffusion, Parfums Caron, PhytoSolba, Caster, Phytales, Ales Groupe Industrie and Ales Groupe Inc, among others. As of December 31, 2011, S.A.S. Avila held an 80.57% stake in the Company's shareholdings.
