NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Aliansce Shopping Centers (ALSC3) opens the expansion of Boulevard Shopping Belém, PA

Rio de Janeiro, November 22, 2012 - ALIANSCE SHOPPING CENTERS S.A. (BOVESPA: ALSC3) announces the opening of the expansion of Boulevard Shopping Belém, located in the city of Belém, PA. The expansion adds 3,832 sqm of own GLA to Aliansce's portfolio.

The expansion represented an increase of 15% to the mall's GLA and added 40 stores. The project also includes two new floors of deck parking, adding 165 parking spaces to the property. This is Boulevard Shopping Belém's first expansion, a mall which opened in November 2009.

In the first nine months of 2012 Boulevard Belém had average monthly sales per square meter of R$1,122. The average monthly Operating Income per square meter was R$105.89.

Belém is a city with a population of over 2 million in its metropolitan area, of which 25% belongs to classes A and B according to IBOPE's data. The mall was developed, and is managed and leased by Aliansce.
