Dates for submitting periodical reports in the Financial year 2018

Content of the report: The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("the Bank") hereby publicly announces the dates for submitting periodical reports in the financial year 2018:

  • • 8 March 2018 - Separate and Consolidated Annual Report for 2017

  • • 10 May 2018 - Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q1 2018

  • • 9 August 2018 - Consolidated Semi-Annual Report with semi-annual condensed separate financial statements for the period from 1.01 to 30.06.2018

  • • 8 November 2018 - Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q3 2018

The Management Board of the Bank hereby states that:

  • in accordance with § 101 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 133, as amended) ("Regulation") the Bank will not submit the separate quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2017 and Q2 of 2018;

  • in accordance with § 83 (1) of the Regulation, the Bank will submit consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 of 2018 which will include quarterly financial information of the Parent Company and will not submit separate quarterly reports for those reporting periods.

  • in accordance with § 83 (3) of the Regulation, the Bank will not submit the separate semi-annual report.
