DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement issued by Allan International Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on 29 December 2015 in relation to the proposed disposal of all that 12th Floor of Zung Fu Industrial Building, No. 1067 King's Road, Hong Kong by the Group (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in the Announcement have the same meanings in this announcement.

As mentioned in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing further details of the Disposal and further information as required under the Listing Rules is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders for their information on or before 20 January 2016. However, as additional time is required to finalise certain information to be contained in the Circular, in particular, the working capital statement and the statement of indebtedness, the despatch of the Circular will be delayed to a date on or before 29 January 2016.
