Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 28, 2015) - ALLIANCE MINING CORP (TSXV: ALM) (the "Company") has closed the first tranche of the private placement further to the Company's news release dated April 8, 2015. The first tranche consists of 5,388,000 units and the Company announces Aug. 24, 2015, as the hold period expiry date in respect of the shares comprising the units and the shares issued upon exercise of the shares purchase warrants.

The Company also announces that Mr. Travis Snyder has stepped down as a director of Alliance Mining Corp. The Company would like to thank Mr. Snyder for his service to the Company as a director.
