Zurich, 26 February 2015:Allreal Holding AG's Board of Directors appointed Roger Herzog (*1972, Swiss) Chief Executive Officer of Allreal Holding AG. He will take on Allreal Group's operational management with effect from 1 May 2015. Bruno Bettoni, who has successfully held the position since the company's foundation in 1999, will continue to serve the company on its Board and in connection with individual projects.

Roger Herzog joined Allreal in 2003 as head of the accounting department. Prior to Allreal, he was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2004, he was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and to the Group Management. Roger Herzog is a graduate in business administration and a certified audit expert.

The decision to promote an internal candidate proves that the Board of Directors aims to continue along the path of Allreal's proven business model. The appointment of Roger Herzog implies stability and continuity for Allreal. Bruno Bettoni has held the position of Allreal Group's Chief Executive Officer since the company's foundation in 1999. Prior to Allreal, he served on the management board of Allreal Holding Ltd.'s predecessor organisation, Oerlikon-Bührle Real Estate Ltd. from 1983 to 1995, and from 1995 as its Chief Executive Officer. Bruno Bettoni was appointed to Allreal's Board of Directors in 2014. He will continue to serve Allreal on its Board and in connection with individual projects.
