ALMA MEDIAPARTNERS ACQUIRES A STAKE IN A COMPANY DEVELOPING ONLINE SERVICE URAKKAMAAILMA.FI
Alma Mediapartners has acquired 15 per cent of the share capital of Remonttibulevardi Oy, which is a company developing the online service Urakkamaailma.fi. The parties have agreed to not publish the transaction price. Urakkamaailma.fi has its roots in the business incubator of Aalto University. It was founded in 2012, and employees currently three people.
Both property managers and consumers are able to publicly ask for bids for their renovations, and the contractors find new customers via Urakkamaailma.fi. The number of invitations for bids published in Urakkamaailma.fi has been growing, and there are almost 2,000 contractors registered in Urakkamaailma.fi.
