Alon Blue Square Israel Ltd. (NYSE: BSI) (the "Company") announced today that Mr. Motti Keren, Chief Executive Officer of Mega Retail Ltd., a wholly - owned subsidiary of the Company, tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors of Mega Retail.

The effective date of Mr. Keren's resignation has yet to be finalized.
