(the "Company") announced that it has scheduled a conference call for its current bondholders to be held on Thursday, March 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time (10:00 a.m. Central) to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. The Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 10, 2012.

Alon Refining Krotz Springs, Inc., a subsidiary of Alon USA Energy, Inc.
