Alsea de CV : ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN ITS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mexico City, May 23, 2017. Alsea, SAB de C.V. (BMV: ALSEA *) the leading operator of Quick Service Restaurants, Coffee Shops, and Casual Dining establishments in Latin America and Spain announces that as of Thursday, July 1, 2017, Federico Tejado will assume the position of CEO of Alsea International, while Fabian Gosselin will continue to support the company as a member of the Board of Directors, besides accompanying Federico in the transition to his new role.

Federico, with his experience as head of the Mexican operation, his extensive knowledge of the business and the support of the Country Managers of Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Brazil, who will now report directly to him, will continue to help the company maximize its growth plans, capitalizing on its experience as the leader of the operation in Mexico and accelerating the integration and connectivity between the countries where Alsea has presence.

Likewise, Renzo Casillo, in addition to his role as CEO of the company, will be directly leading the team that manages brands and support areas in Alsea Mexico, further strengthening its focus on customers and the business operation.
