Alstom included for the fourth year in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index

For the fourth year in a row, Alstom has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices(DJSI) - World & Europe, which recognize companies' corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, with a score largely above the average for the industrial engineering sector included in the index.

Launched in 1999, the DJSI evaluates the performance of 3,000 companies worldwide. More than 300 are selected in the index upon three criteria: economic, social and environmental. The performance analysis assesses topics such as corporate governance, risk management, code of conduct/ethics, innovation, strategy for emerging markets, customer relationship, environment, climate change mitigation, supply chain standards, labour practices...
