The Company operates in two business segments: Power and Energy Group (PEG) and All Others group. The Company's PEG segment is the Company's focus for corporate development. The Company's PEG segment develops, produces, and sells nLTO related battery systems and energy storage systems (ESS) systems. The Company's All Others group segment consists of the remaining portions of the previous life sciences and performance materials groups. The Company targets applications that utilize the key attributes of its technology and these applications are found in the electric grid, transportation (commercial vehicles), and industrial market segments.
