Altera Corporation : Former Altera Executive to Plead Guilty for Sharing Nonpublic Information -Bloomberg

A former Altera Corp. (ALTR) executive, Hyung Lim, was scheduled to plead guilty Tuesday to charges related to passing along nonpublic information, Bloomberg News reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.
Mr. Lim's plea was expected in federal court in New York, the report said.
According to the report, prosecutors allege that three hedge fund employees, who were charged in January and faced new charges last month, obtained Altera earnings information.
