The Company has today been informed that, on 13 September 2012 Edward Spurrier, Chief Financial Officer and Mr Ben Marnham, Chief Operating Officer both sold 50,000 shares each in the Company at 248p per share. The resultant holding of each of the Directors is shown below: -

·      Ed Spurrier        2,537,857 Ordinary shares representing 5.26% of the Company's ISC

·      Ben Marnham    1,543,380 Ordinary Shares representing 3.20% of the Company's ISC
