Altran announces a transition in its governance

Philippe Salle, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Altran group since June 2011, decided to take on new challenges and indicated that he would not seek a renewal of his appointment as a Director of Altran SA during the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 April 2015, and would also resign from his position on this date.

The Board of Directors of Altran acknowledges this decision and thanks Philippe Salle for succeeding in the mission he was given. The Board of Directors also wants to highlight the quality of the work achieved by Philippe Salle and the company's teams, as well as their efficiency in delivering the 2012-2015 strategic plan.

The Board of Directors of Altran has tasked the Nominations and Compensation Committee with finding a successor. Several candidates have already been identified, and the recruitment process will be completed as soon as possible in order to ensure a streamlined transition, which will also involve the Group's Executive Committee.

The Altran teams are now in a position to accelerate the Group's development, boost its growth on target markets, increase its international reach and upgrade its offers. Prepared by the Executive Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, the 2016-2020 plan will be revealed in late 2015 by the new Chairman and Chief Executive and will confirm the Group's strategic orientations for the years to come.

Based on the information currently at its disposal, management has confirmed that the Group's financial performance in 2014 should be in line with the financial targets set out in the 2012-2015 strategic plan and with market expectations.
