MATERIAL INFORMATIONAltri, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that it has issued, today, eight-year bonds in the amount of Euro 50,000,000 (fifty million euros), by private placement, named "ALTRI 2017-2025".
Furthermore, on the same date, the company acquired 500 (five hundred) "ALTRI 2014/2020" bonds, in the nominal amount of 50,000,000 Euros [Central Securities Code: BINEOE; ISIN code: PTBINEOE0008], and proceeded with its amortisation.
These operations follow Altri's funding strategy, which aims to extend the company's debt maturity profile,
strengthen its capital structure and diversify both sources and types of funding.
