Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), the Bahrain-based international aluminium smelter, is conducting a training session 'Leadership Tomorrowland' on 19, 20 and 21 March 2017 at Alba Club. Renowned speaker John E. Skladan will be delivering sessions over the course of three days for Alba's Executive Management, Directors, Managers and Management employees.
The first session, held today, on Sunday 19 March 2017, was opened by Alba's Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray, who said:
'At Alba, our focus is to enhance the leadership proficiency of our management. We are in the business of people and by developing our human assets, we can create hands-on leaders who will be able to turn challenges into opportunities as well as ensure that our workforce is prepared for the future.'
The training, 'Leadership Tomorrowland' has been designed to cover topics such as Safety, Training, Change Management, Succession Planning, Leadership, Communication and the SAS Methodology based on the leadership principles under difficult economic conditions
