Reference is made to the announcement of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited* (the "Company") dated 28 June 2016 with respect to, among others, the appointment of directors and supervisors. The Company has held an employees' representatives meeting to elect Mr. Wu Zuoming ("Mr. Wu") as an employee supervisor, together with Mr. Liu Xiangmin and Mr. Wang Jun forming the sixth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company.

The biography of Mr. Wu is set out below:

Mr. Wu Zuoming, aged 49, is currently the general manager of Human Resource Department of the Company. Mr. Wu holds an MBA degree from Renmin University of China. He is a senior engineer. Mr. Wu has extensive experience in human resource management. He successively acted as the deputy manager of Personnel Division, Human Resource Department of China Aluminum Corporation* (中國鋁業集團公司); the person in charge of the Personnel Division, Human Resource Department for the Preparatory Team of Aluminum Corporation of China* (中國鋁業公司); the deputy manager of the Personnel Division(Training Division), Human Resource Department of Aluminum Corporation of China*; the deputy manager of Assessment and Training Division, the manager of Employee Management Division and the manager of General Division of the Company; the senior manager of the Human Resource Department (Retired Cadres Department) and the manager of the General Division of Aluminum Corporation of China*; and the deputy general manager of the Human Resource Department of the Company.

Mr. Wu has confirmed that, saved as disclosed above, as at the date of this announcement, he did not hold any directorship in any other public companies the securities of which are listed on any securities market in Hong Kong or overseas in the last three years; and he does not have any relationship with any director, senior management, substantial shareholder or controlling shareholder of the Company nor does he hold any other position with the Company or any of its subsidiaries. As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Wu does not have any interest or deemed interest in any shares, underlying shares or debentures of the Company or any of its associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)).

Saved as disclosed in this announcement, the Company is not aware of any other matter in respect of Mr. Wu that is required to be disclosed pursuant to the requirements set out in Rules 13.51(2) (h) to (v) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited nor is there any matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders.

The terms of office of Mr. Wu became effective after the closing of the employees' representatives meeting and will expire upon the election of employee representative supervisor of the seventh session of the Supervisory Committee. The Company will enter into a service contract with Mr. Wu and determine his remuneration in accordance with the remuneration policies of the Company.
