São Paulo, November 17, 2017, Friday - Alupar Investimento S.A. (B3: 'ALUP11') a listed company, registered with the CVM under No. 2149-0, in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6,404 dated December 15, 1976 ('Corporation Law') and the provisions of CVM Instruction 358, of January 3, 2002, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general the execution, by Empresa Norte de Transmissão de Energia S.A. ('ENTE'), a controlled Company, of the Purchase and Sale of Shares Agreement with Apollo 12 Participações S.A., for the acquisition of 50.10% of the share capital of IB SPE Transmissora de Energia Elétrica S.A. was approved today.
