Amador Gold Corp. Acquires Interest in Past Producing Mines, Ontario
And Grants Incentive Stock Options

May 27th 2013: Amador Gold Corp. (TSX-v symbol: AGX) (Amador) is pleased to announced that it has entered into an Option Agreement whereby it can earn a 25% interest in three past producing mines in Ontario with significant exploration potential for Silver, Gold, and Nickel. Amador will earn into the "Northland Pyrite Mine", the "Powerful Silver Mine" and the "North of Martin Lake Mine". In addition to these acquisitions, Amador will also earn into another claim which host both the "Cuniptau Silica Deposit" and the "Danlou Gold Occurrence".

Amador has agreed to issue 380,000 common shares to the Optionor over a one year term to earn 25% right, title and interest in the property. Under the terms of the agreement there is no exploration work required. The Optionor has also agreed to keep the property in good standing for a 4 year term. The terms of the agreement are subject to TSX Venture exchange approval.

Northland Pyrite Mine
This 96 hectare, silver-gold property (comprised of staked claims; S-4269507, S-4269508, S-4269509, and S-4269511) in the Best Township, Sudbury Mining Division, is located approximately 16 kilometres north of Temagami, Ontario.

The property is most favorably located, being partially dissected by the TransCanada Highway corridor, the power grid, and the TransCanada Pipeline. The former shaft area of the property is also within one kilometre of the Ontario Northland Railway.

The Powerful Silver Mine and the North of Martin Lake Mine.
This silver-nickel property (comprised of contiguous claims; L-4212429, and L-4258951) is in the Lawson Township, Larder lake Mining Division. This property is accessible by road and is approximately 24 kilometres southwest of Elk Lake, Ontario, and contains both the past producing "Powerful Silver Mine" and the "North of Martin Lake Mine".

Both the "Powerful Silver Mine" and "North of Martin Lake Mine" have underground adit structures in place and are both considered significant exploration targets.

Cuniptau Silica Deposit and the "Danlou Gold Occurrence"
This 64 hectare property (staked claim; S-4258952) which host both the "Cuniptau Silica Deposit" and the "Danlou Gold Occurrence" is in the Best Township, Sudbury Mining Division. This prospective gold property is dissected by both the Ontario Northland Railway and the Trans-Canada Highway, and is located approximately 13 kilometres north of Temagami, Ontario.

Incentive Stock Options
Amador also announces that pursuant to its stock option plan, the Company has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants, and employees to purchase in the total of 2,500,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company, subject to regulatory approval, exercisable for a period of five years, at a price of $0.10 per share.
