Ambev S.A. will release its second quarter 2017 earnings on Thursday, July 27, 2017 before BM&FBOVESPA and NYSE open.
On July 12, 2017 Ambev will enter its Quiet Period, which will last until the conference call hosted by Ambev's Senior Management. During this period, Ambev will not comment on matters related to its results in order to ensure greater transparency and fairness in the information provided to the market.
The conference call hosted by Ambev's Senior Management will take place on Thursday, July 27, at 11:00 a.m. US ET.
