London, United Kingdom (12 May 2015) - Amec Foster Wheeler announces today the appointment of Mark Burrows as Group Head of Shared Services, effective immediately.

Mark is based in the company's headquarters in London, and reports to Ian McHoul, Chief Financial Officer.

Mark will oversee the major transformation and management of a shared services function at the company to deliver high quality support services including Finance, Information Technologies and Human Resources, to the company's four key business units of the Americas; Asia, Middle East, Africa & Southern Europe; Northern Europe & Commonwealth of Independent States; and the Global Power Group.

Mark joins Amec Foster Wheeler from telecommunications company Juniper Networks Inc., where most recently he was Vice President of Global Business Services.
