On Thursday, April 19, Gov. Jay Nixon will join senior
executives from Westinghouse Electric Corporation and
Ameren Missouri for a major announcement about energy
development and economic growth in Missouri. This
transformative announcement will take place at 1:30 p.m.
on the lawn of the Missouri Governor's Mansion, 100
Madison St., Jefferson City.
A live satellite feed of the announcement will be
available to television stations across Missouri.

Technical notes on satellite feed: There is a full-time
carrier on Galaxy 16 to aid engineers in identifying the
satellite. CBS Newspath operates full-time service at
11785 (vertical receive) with a symbol rate of 3.9787 and
an FEC of 3/4. This signal uses QPSK modulation, and is
the same polarity and only a few slots down from the
signal that will be used for the satellite feed on
Thursday. Receivers and dishes can be checked on Galaxy
16 ahead of time.
