America Movil SAB de CV : América Móvil announces a proposal for a dividend payment and repurchase of shares

Mexico City, February 9, 2016. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. ("AMX") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX] [NASDAQ: AMOV] [LATIBEX: XAMXL], announced that in today's meeting, its Board of Directors decided to submit to the Annual Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting to be held on or before April 30, a proposal to:

Dividend

A proposal to pay a cash dividend from the profit tax account (cuenta de utilidad fiscal), of MXP$0.28 (Twenty eight peso cents), payable in two installments, to each of the shares of its capital stock series "AA", "A" and "L" (which includes the preferred dividend correspondent to the series "L" shares), subject to adjustments arising from other corporate events (including repurchase or placement of its own shares), that may vary the number of shares outstanding as of the date of said dividend payment; and

Buyback Program

A proposal to allocate the amount of MXP$12,000,000,000.00 (Twelve billion pesos), to its buyback program.
