("TELMEX"), has been notified of a resolution issued by the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones ("IFT"), related to the Internet service known as "Uno TV". Pursuant to said resolution, the IFT has resolved that the access to Uno TV's content through TELMEX's network has not breached the prohibition to distribute television signals (established under condition 1.9 of TELMEX's title of concession).
