NEW YORK (Reuters) - American Airlines on Friday said it had not yet chosen between rival planemakers Boeing Co and Airbus for an order of widebody jets, though sources said Boeing was set to prevail over its European competitor.
"We are continuing to look at our widebody options and are focused on making the right decision for American. No final decisions have been made at this time," American Airlines spokesman Joshua Freed said.
