American Campus Communities Inc. (NYSE:ACC), the largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing properties in the U.S., announced today the online availability of its 2011 Annual Review. This marks the fourth release of the interactive online format in support of the company's sustainability platform and to reach a broader audience through social media channels.

The "Bringing Quality Together" interactive site and video illustrate a year of positive results while positioning the company for value creation through the addition of new high-quality developments that meet the company's investment criteria. Viewers can see year-end performance metrics, a property list and statistics, and new student communities that will be delivered in 2012.

Between Fall 2011 and Fall 2013, the company expects to add no fewer than 25 properties worth more than $1 billion to the portfolio with 80 percent of the assets as new ACC developments built to high-quality material specifications that feature differentiated products designed specifically to each market based on the company's in-house research. Additionally, the properties offer competitive rents that are affordable to a broad range of the overall student enrollment at each institution.
