(Nasdaq: AGNC) ("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share of common stock for February 2015.  The dividend is payable on March 6, 2015 to common shareholders of record as of February 27, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 25, 2015.

The Company also announced today its estimated net book value of $25.58 per share of common stock as of January 31, 2015.  The estimated net book value of $25.58 is after deducting the Company's common stock dividend declared on January 15, 2015 and paid on February 6, 2015.  The estimated net book value is unaudited and has not been verified or reviewed by any third party.  The Company's current net book value may also be materially different from its estimated net book value as of January 31, 2015.  The Company undertakes no obligation to update or revise its estimated net book value.
