Amex Offers are special digital offers for Card Members from American Express merchant partners that Card Members can save to their American Express Card and redeem for couponless savings, reflected as statement credits on their bill.  For merchants, providing an Amex Offer can help them attract new customers and generate repeat business by serving up targeted, exciting offers to Card Members when and where they want them.
