Tampa, Florida 06/26/2013 (Eteligis via Accesswire)-- An American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (OTC PINK: AFBG) spokesman today announced that the company has entered into a sub-license agreement with Allied Recycling Corp (ARC), a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded, Virtual Sourcing, Inc. (OTC PINK: PGCX).

Chairman Kenneth McCleave announced today that after months of negotiations, the Company has opted to award a sub-license agreement for the Mid-Atlantic states to Allied Recycling Corp. According to McCleave, ARC will be responsible for gathering and processing waste fiberglass along the Eastern seaboard from the Carolinas to Maryland. The territory may be expanded by mutual consent.

AFBG has been spent the last 18 months establishing fiberglass gathering sites strategically around the country. Currently sites are operational in Texas, Nevada, Wyoming, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Florida where millions of pounds of waste fiberglass have been kept from landfills. Additional sites are being considered for Michigan, Tennessee, Mississippi, Ohio and Washington.?
