Lynch, who is currently serving as president of NAWC, will participate in a panel discussion titled “Opportunities and Obstacles of the Water Utility Sector.” During the panel, Lynch will highlight issues that impact the private water sector, including financial health, legislation, regulatory policies and practices and customer education initiatives. Additionally, American Water will be hosting a visitation table during the forum.
