RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Amex Resources Limited ('Amex') would like to advise the market of the resignation of non- executive director, Mr Alan Senior.
Mr Senior provided vital engineering expertise in the development of the Company's Bankable Feasibility Study for the Mba Delta Ironsands Project. Mr Senior also directed the successful completion of the detailed engineering design. Since his appointment in July 2012, Mr Senior has brought significant experience to the Board as it has dealt with very challenging circumstances.
