Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based provider of digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that on 29 July 2016, Keith Todd, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 8,975 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 146.25 pence per Ordinary Share (the 'Purchase').
Following the Purchase, Keith Todd is beneficially interested in 466,665 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
