TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
Amlin plc ("Amlin") announces that on 11 June 2012
it transferred from treasury to participants in its employee
share option scheme(s), the following numbers of its ordinary
shares of 28.125 pence each ("ordinary shares"):
6,475 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 293.00 pence
per share.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, Amlin
holds a total of 5,269,559 of its ordinary shares in treasury
and has 496,806,447 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
