FINALIZED THE INVESTMENT OF ASSET ITALIA (TIP GROUP) IN AMPLITER,

HOLDING COMPANY OF AMPLIFON S.P.A.

Asset Italia, a company sponsored by Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP") with 30 Italian family offices, has finalized today the investment in Ampliter S.r.l., holding company of Amplifon S.p.A.

The transaction took place in execution of the agreements already communicated by Ampliter with the press releases published on June 13, June 14 and September 27, 2017.

The shareholders' agreement has been published in summary on September 28, 2017 and the related integrative communications will be published on December 20, 2017.
