AmRest Holdings SE ('AmRest', 'the Company') informs that it received on January 12th, 2018 a notice about the transaction on AmRest shares executed by Mr. Jose Manuel Maestro Garcia-Donas, being a person closely associated with Mrs. Maria Elena Pato-Castel - a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company.
