Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMLN) will webcast its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. PT/ 12:00 p.m. ET from the Company's corporate headquarters in San Diego.
