ANA HOLDINGS (hereafter ANA HD) hereby announces that the resolution passed the board of directors meeting on August 27, 2015 to partially amend the handling of our shareholder benefit program in regard to ANA Domestic Shareholder Courtesy Discount Fare, ANA Domestic Shareholder Courtesy Discount Fare (Child), ANA Domestic Premium Shareholder Courtesy Discount and ANA Domestic Premium Shareholder Courtesy Discount (Child) (hereafter collectively referred to as "Courtesy Discount Fares") as described below.
1. Overview of Changes
(1) Description of Changes
ANA HD had not previously set an upper limit on the number of seats for the use of Courtesy
Discount Fares and had accepted reservations when seats were available.
With the new changes, a specific number of seats will be allocated as the upper limit for Courtesy
Discount Fares on some flights of ANA when accepting reservations.
In regard to flights where an upper limit will apply to the number of seats available for Courtesy Discount Fairs, we plan to set an upper limit mainly during the Golden Week period, mid-summer holidays, and the New Year holiday period, bearing in mind past Courtesy Discount Fare usage.

Commencing with flights on June 1, 2016

There will be no changes.
2. Reason for Changes
The environment surrounding the domestic airline business has been marked by the decrease in Japan's population and increasing competition with other methods of transportation with the extension of the Shinkansen, resulting in fewer prospects for growth in demand. Under these circumstances, ANA HD will endeavor to maintain its domestic aviation networks by promoting the use of smaller aircraft and controlling production outputs.
Currently, we are proceeding with group-wide cost structure reforms, and in order to maintain revenues of the domestic airline business, which is the bedrock of our business, we have decided at this time to partially establish limits on the number of seats provided for Courtesy Discount Fares on some flights, mainly during the Golden Week period, mid-summer holidays and the New Year holiday period.

3. Miscellaneous Matters
In view of the diverse needs of our shareholders, ANA HD enhanced shareholder benefits available through
the shareholder's website as shown below, from May 20, 2015.

・ Aircraft Maintenance Facility Tour for Shareholders

・ Provision of Travel Products with benefits

・ Options for Calendars sent to shareholders at the end of the year (wall-hanging or desktop type)*

*2016 Calendar selections have closed.

・ Provision of online Retail Products at special prices.

Please note that in addition to the above, we will start offering discount prices for ANA Wonder Earth Tour provided by ANA Sales, a group company of ANA HOLDINGS (commencing with departures from August 27, 2015).
