@com™ Contracting and Price Modelling implementation will streamline workflows and reduce administration overheads

Anite Travel, the leading provider of integrated reservation and e-commerce solutions to the leisure travel industry, today announces that it has signed a multi-year contract with FTI Touristik for the Contracting and Price Modelling modules of its @com™ solution.

FTI Touristik GmbH, part of the FTI GROUP, is the fourth largest tour operator in Germany. Headquartered in Munich, the Group has 2.1 billion euro turnover and employs 3,500 people.

FTI made the decision to invest in a new and more efficient solution following continued business growth over recent years and a subsequent increase in the number of supplier contracts to be processed. This, coupled with the expansion of Meeting Point International, FTI's leading global destination management brand, meant that an improved user interface was also necessary.

Anite's @com™ Contracting and Price Modelling modules will enable FTI to streamline workflows and reduce costs. More versatile and customised offers will be available to market more quickly by making best use of new data formats and system integration capabilities. This improved efficiency will enhance customer experience and allow the business to give greater focus to market intelligence and product development.
