Ansaldo STS : Domenico Braccialarghe has been appointed as new non-executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ansaldo STS S.p.A.

Ansaldo STS (STS.MI) - a Finmeccanica Company - announces that today, pursuant to Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code, the Board of Directors appointed Mr Domenico Braccialarghe as new non-executive Director of the Company.

Mr Braccialarghe shall take the place of Mr Luigi Calabria who, as a result of his new position in another company not belonging to the Finmeccanica Group, resigned his office by written notice dated July 31st 2014, with effect from today's Board of Directors' Meeting.The Board of Directors also appointed Mr Domenico Braccialarghe as new Deputy Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

The new Director will remain in office until the Company's next Shareholders' Meeting.
