VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

ENTERING INTO A STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT ON

THE DEVELOPMENT OF OIL AND GAS FIELDS IN IRAQ

This announcement is made by the Company on voluntary basis.

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that, on 3 May 2018, the Company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement on the development of oil and gas fields in Iraq with HBP and Geo-Jade.

This announcement is made by Anton Oilfield Services Group (the "Company"), together with its subsidiaries (the "Group"), on a voluntary basis.

On 26 April 2018, Geo-Jade Petroleum Corporation ("Geo-Jade"), a strategic partner of the Company, successfully won the bids for the exploration and development rights of two blocks, namely Huwaiza and Naft Khana in Iraq fifth oil blocks licensing round. Basing on the good strategic relationship the Company has already established with its strategic partners China Oil HBP Science & Technology Co., Ltd. ("HBP") and Geo-Jade, also in consideration that the Company and HBP had established strong market influence and comprehensive service capacity regarding oil and gas development in Iraq, the aforesaid parties decided to further conduct in-depth cooperation in respect of oil and gas development in Iraq, and entered into the strategic cooperation agreement on the development of oil and gas fields in Iraq on 3 May 2018.

Pursuant to this agreement, the Company and HBP will serve as Geo-Jade's national partners of Iraq, and will provide all-rounded support for the development of its oilfields in Iraq, including technical support, engineering services support, operation and management support and talent support. Subsequently, the three parties will enter into specific project cooperation agreement based on the principles of this agreement so as to further stipulate the interests and rights of different parties.

Leveraging on its strong capability in providing reservoir geological services, technical services featured with integrated production-increasing and cost-saving, internationalized QHSE management system and quality talents, as well as the strong capability in resources allocation driven by increasing market influence, the overall comprehensive strength on integrated management of the Company enhanced rapidly over the past few years. The Company has been highly recognized by increasing number of oil companies in international markets, especially in Iraq. Recently, the Company obtained a project in relation to the integrated management for a large-scale oilfield in Iraq, achieved a breakthrough in the new business mode of "light-asset" and "integrated operation". The deepening of cooperation between the Company and its strategic partners in Iraq will help the Company to further secure long-term, steady orders in Iraq, further expand its business scale, and facilitate the Company's leapfrog development in Iraq.
