APT Pipelines Limited advises that the Interest Rate in respect of the APA Group Subordinated Notes (Notes) for the Interest Period commencing on 1 April 2016 and ending on 30 June 2016 is 6.7800% per annum.

This has been determined in accordance with the Notes Terms as the Bank Bill Rate on 1 April 2016 of 2.2800% plus the Margin of 4.50%.
