HOUSTON, Jan. 19, 2018 - Apache Corporation (NYSE:APA) (Nasdaq:APA) has been named by FORTUNE magazine as one of the World's Most Admired Companies. This is Apache's first time to be recognized in the annual list.

FORTUNE collaborated with partner Korn Ferry to conduct a survey of corporate reputation in which executives, directors and analysts rated enterprises in their industry on nine criteria, from investment value and quality of management and products to social responsibility and ability to attract talent.
